Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain AI agents and agentic GTM experiences that support sellers, managers, and customer-facing teams via task execution, orchestration, guidance, and autonomous/semi-autonomous workflows.
  • •Drive evolution toward an AI-first GTM operating model by improving operational excellence, redesigning workflows, and scaling automation across the customer lifecycle.
  • •Own and prioritize the GTM systems and automation roadmap, translating business needs into scalable solutions connecting data, workflows, AI, and automation.
  • •Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on process improvement, AI adoption, workflow standardization, and operational change across the GTM organization.
  • •Establish governance and operating standards across GTM systems, data, and workflows, including approvals, change management, data stewardship, and responsible use of AI and automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,000 - 262,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, automation, systems, strategy, or related roles in high-growth B2B environments, including leading operational or technical teams.
  • •Lead large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, execution quality, and business performance.
  • •Design and operationalize AI-enabled, agentic GTM workflows (e.g., sales engagement, lead routing, prioritization, sequencing, next-best actions, guided selling, forecasting).
  • •Build or support AI-powered productivity workflows such as automated sales collateral generation, business case creation, customer-facing content, and rep enablement processes.
