Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain strategic and daily operational plans for Rides & Attractions and provide technical guidance for attractions within the assigned area.
  • •Coordinate and assign technicians to set up, install, repair, and maintain equipment and venue operations.
  • •Maintain attraction documentation and ensure daily reports are completed for assigned shift activities.
  • •Ensure ride and attraction equipment safety in accordance with USH policies, accepted manufacturing practices, and local standards.
  • •Oversee technical oversight duties and interactions with attraction responsible engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and contractors to support installation, testing, and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of day-to-day operation experience in a theme park, theatre, or related business.
  • •3-5 years of operations management and/or team leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Ability and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
