•Deliver monthly and annual targets across unit sales, gross margin, F&I penetration, accessories, and trade-in conversions

•Develop and execute sales plans aligned with OEM campaigns, stock availability, market conditions, and competitor activity
•Monitor pipeline performance, conversion ratios, and sales mix to maximize profitability per unit
•Ensure optimal inventory management, reducing ageing stock and improving stock turn
