You’ll deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, understanding customer needs, and improving engagement with the product. Maintain strong product knowledge, support inventory and inbound/outbound orders, uphold visual standards for a premium in-store experience, and share feedback with store leadership to improve processes and customer experience.
