Director, Senior Attorney

Provide legal counsel to American Airlines leaders on employment and labor law matters arising from day-to-day operations. Serve as a labor and employment subject matter expert covering areas such as Railway Labor Act, Title VII, ADA, and FMLA, advising on collective bargaining agreements, grievances, arbitrations, and performance management. Support labor agreement negotiations and manage outside counsel for litigation in alignment with AA’s legal strategy and cost goals.
