Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • •Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, maintain platform integrity, and integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
  • •Perform code reviews, performance tuning, ensure security/compliance, stay current with ServiceNow releases, and support pre-sales with solutioning, demos, and proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and administration experience.
  • •Successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
  • •Required ServiceNow certifications (CSA plus CIS-(any) and CAD; with Senior requirements including CAS plus at least 3 CIS-(Any) and CAD).
  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
