Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end financial transaction processing, including accurate client invoicing and vendor purchase order management.
  • •Review and approve client invoices and supplier expenditures in alignment with Delegation of Authority (DoA).
  • •Drive budget development and monthly re-forecasting, providing strategic challenge to assumptions.
  • •Consolidate contract performance data and deliver standardized KPI reporting with variance analysis for leadership.
  • •Act as an advisor to leadership by translating complex financial data into actionable insights and driving continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CMA, or similar professional qualification highly preferred.
  • •6+ years of relevant experience in financial management, controllership, or FP&A in complex environments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and SOX governance.
  • •Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., D365, Peoplesoft, Ariba, OneStream) is a significant advantage.
  • •Strong leadership and people management skills, including developing and motivating teams.
