Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly financial close by preparing and posting payroll-related journal entries (e.g., salary accruals, cash clearing, statutory contributions).
  • •Perform reconciliations of payroll-related balance sheet accounts and follow up on outstanding items.
  • •Assist quarter-end by providing High-Level Validation (HLV) analysis.
  • •Support year-end close by posting adjustments related to stock-based compensation, bonuses, leaves, and other H2RA areas.
  • •Liaise with external auditors during year-end audit, including payroll walkthroughs and managing audit queries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • •0-1+ years of relevant professional experience; open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals.
  • •Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Knowledge of US GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards.
