Production Supervisor

Oversee production operations to ensure procedures are followed while delivering maximum productivity in the most cost-efficient manner without compromising customer specifications. Train and support employees to achieve quality and performance goals, plan and schedule labor, materials, product, and machines, and manage employee performance through feedback. Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, cost reduction, yield control, equipment maintenance, and safety across the crew’s work area.
