Key Responsibilities

•Act as the lead finance business partner for the global MSH account, providing strategic guidance, financial insight, and challenge to drive performance and decision-making.
•Own end-to-end category financials for MSH, aligning financial strategy with commercial priorities and global account objectives.
•Lead governance and controlling of all MSH-related marketing investment, ensuring robust tracking, cost discipline, and optimisation of spend.
•Evaluate ROI across marketing and category initiatives within MSH, providing clear recommendations to maximise commercial return and efficiency.
•Deliver deep-dive analysis on category and account performance, identifying risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth.

Key Requirements

•7–9 years of progressive experience in Finance with a strong focus on financial business partnering and global retail environments (ideally with key account exposure such as MSH).
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•Global retail expertise with the ability to translate account-level performance into actionable financial insight; experience with large strategic retail partners is strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, and managing commercial and marketing investments.
•Proficiency in financial modelling, reporting, and using tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI (or equivalent).
