Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support on SAP systems for AD, including S/4HANA solution enhancements and projects.
  • •Manage projects and enhancements for Order-to-Cash and Customer Services processes.
  • •Support and bug-fix SAP OTC/CS and customer services processes based on key-user needs.
  • •Integrate and collaborate with the SAP OTC/CS team inside the DIGITAL organization.
  • •Create functional designs and support ERP developers on ABAP code changes aligned to new requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in the SAP SD/CS/Services domain.
  • •Proven functional skills in ERP SD/CS/PM and experience managing projects, enhancements, and support.
  • •Create functional design documentation and support ERP developers at functional level to develop/modify ABAP code.
  • •Customer- and delivery-oriented mindset with ability to organize a workpackage.
