Job Summary

Support a comprehensive landscape maintenance program for Citizens Bank facilities, performing routine groundskeeping, light building maintenance, and related tasks. You’ll maintain lawns, plants, and exterior areas, assist with equipment and deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient operations across Akron sites with a focus on customer service and timely completion of work orders.

Job Function: Facilities, Workplace & Physical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the landscaping team in daily tasks and coordinate deliveries with Landscape Manager and Tech Lead.
•Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties, including mowing lawns and covering for colleagues on PTO.
•Plant, trim, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and small trees, and keep exterior areas clean and well maintained.
•Conduct spring and fall cleanups, install hardscaping as needed, and pressure wash building exteriors and parking areas.
•Close out work orders via iPad/maintenance system and respond to emergency and non-emergency requests while communicating professionally with customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.5 - 28 hourly

•1+ year of landscape maintenance experience
•Ability to travel using a company sanctioned vehicle as required
•Ability to complete multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

•Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven customer service experience
