Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Dasher quality for catering: take end-to-end ownership of delivery quality for catering—on-time arrival, accurate drop-off and setup, and a clean handoff—to ensure customers trust every order.
  • •Find the right logistics model: determine how catering deliveries should work—Dasher selection, batching, timing, equipment, and handoff—by testing approaches and learning real-world viability.
  • •Get into the details: investigate individual deliveries, talk to Dashers and customers, trace where things break down, and translate root causes into concrete operational fixes.
  • •Use AI to optimize how we operate: build automated workflows that identify breakdowns and leverage AI to turn manual analysis into repeatable, scalable processes.
  • •Influence the Product Roadmap: translate field learnings into actionable product and operational recommendations to improve catering reliability.
