Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategically and operationally own assigned compensation program pillars (e.g., focal cycles, equity architecture, salary structures, geo-pay, promotions, incentives) and evolve ownership over time.
  • •Partner with peers to ensure alignment on compensation philosophy and unified program delivery across business areas and lifecycles.
  • •Work with Comp Ops and data/tooling teams to reduce manual triage by converting compensation rules into automated workflows, AI-assisted self-serve resources, and centralized reporting.
  • •Design transparent guardrails and delegation-of-authority frameworks that enable managers and People partners to make confident pay decisions.
  • •Advise senior leadership on talent market positioning, pay equity, and organizational design, prioritizing systemic improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing, iterating, and scaling enterprise compensation programs end-to-end, with strong consulting instincts.
  • •High proficiency in quantitative modeling and evaluating macro compensation metrics, partnering comfortably with data and operations teams.
  • •Strong program/product orientation and the ability to drive portfolio ownership with cross-functional collaboration to maintain alignment.
  • •A systems and AI-first mindset to solve edge cases through policy redesign, automation, and self-service tooling rather than manual intervention.
  • •Fluency with modern comp planning, HRIS, and data/analytics tooling; compensation experience appropriate for the calibrated level.
