Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee overall construction effort and provide support to internal teams and stakeholders, including progress reporting.
  • •Develop and coordinate detailed project plans (scope, timelines, resource allocation).
  • •Ensure projects adhere to health and safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits.
  • •Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environmental issues; proactively manage construction execution and HES risks.
  • •Support construction planning by reviewing drawings for requirements and constructability, coordinate RFI/submittals, and issue meeting minutes and required documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction HSE.
  • •CCM certification (preferred).
  • •Preferred certifications include OSHA 30; OSHA 500/510; BCSP credentials (OHST, ASP, CSP, or CHST); and CPR.
  • •Proven experience implementing and monitoring project HSE plans or contractor site safety plans.
