Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager – Data Center Construction

Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major, multi-phase data center construction program. You will lead cost management, cost planning, reporting, and commercial negotiations, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver value across a large, long-term development. Client-facing role with leadership responsibilities and SOX considerations where applicable.
