Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and strengthen the site quality culture with Operations and Manufacturing to promote accountability, compliance, defect prevention, and right-first-time mindset.
  • •Establish and execute initiatives to improve quality signature of hardware, processes, and products while reducing variation and risk.
  • •Provide day-to-day operational leadership, decision-making, and resource allocation to meet customer demand.
  • •Provide technical leadership for non-conforming material, including evaluation, disposition, and communication through the Material Review Board (MRB) process.
  • •Lead process improvement opportunities using CORE and Lean strategies, track and act on feedback/metrics, and ensure audit readiness and corrective/preventative action follow-through.

Key Requirements

  • •An Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of quality assurance, manufacturing, or related technical experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in quality management, people leadership, or a related supervisory role.
  • •Strong familiarity with inspection methods and inspection tooling in a technical manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge/experience with quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to work with a group setting and interface directly with shop floor management.
