Job Summary

Design and deliver production-ready data and software solutions in a modern platform environment. Build reusable data capabilities across teams, working with domain stakeholders and platform services to align with standards and governance. Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models, create KPIs and reporting packs, and automate reporting with Power Automate/Power Apps while partnering with data engineering teams on Azure and Databricks integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for performance and usability across markets.
•Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to deliver actionable insights and develop KPIs and reporting packs.
•Perform ad hoc data analysis to address emerging business requirements and provide timely reporting.
•Collaborate with Data Services teams and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions.
•Identify reporting automation opportunities using Power Automate and Power Apps, and work with Data Engineering on reliable data integration and data quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•5–7 years of relevant experience in Power BI development, reporting, and business intelligence.
•Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development.
•Proficiency in SQL and strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
•Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps, for workflow and reporting automation.
