Job Summary

Own content performance, integrity, and quality measurement for AI-assisted editorial production within Global Editorial Operations (GEO). You’ll consolidate and validate data across GEO and partner teams (Finance, Product, Technology), build scalable reporting and KPI monitoring, and translate business questions into analytical frameworks and executive-ready dashboards, narratives, and presentations. You’ll also help strengthen QA and measurement systems so performance improves over time across content verticals.

•Manage, structure, and validate data from editorial and operational sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance.
•Develop and optimize recurring and ad hoc reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
•Translate strategic business questions into actionable metrics, analytical frameworks, and data-driven insights.
•Conduct trend, variance, and performance analyses to identify drivers, opportunities, and improvement areas.
•Create executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations, and partner cross-functionally to support leadership decision-making.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in analytics, operations analysis, business intelligence, or related work.
•Advanced Excel skills, plus experience with SQL or comparable querying tools.
•Proficiency with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and dashboarding best practices.
•Experience creating executive-ready presentations and visual narratives in PowerPoint.
•Experience using AI-assisted tools with rigorous QA and source traceability, including improving QA/measurement systems for AI-assisted workflows.
