Senior Utilities Technician to control, monitor, and maintain factory utility systems (electrical, compressed air, HVAC, RO-EDI water treatment). You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime, supervise contractors, ensure safety/compliance, and support energy-saving projects to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

•Control, monitor, and maintain utility systems within the factory, including electrical systems, compressed air systems, HVAC systems, and RO-EDI water treatment systems.
•Inspect and ensure utility machinery and equipment are continuously operating and available for production support.
•Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance activities.
•Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
•Monitor energy consumption and system performance, and prepare daily/monthly operational reports.

Key Requirements

•Experience with preventive maintenance of industrial utility systems including electrical, HVAC, and water treatment is essential.
•Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to minimize production downtime.
•Strong supervision and coordination skills to manage contractors during maintenance or system improvements.
•Commitment to safety, environmental regulations, and internal standards in manufacturing settings.
•Ability to prepare PM documents, SOPs, work instructions, and maintain maintenance history records.
