Key Responsibilities

  • •Control, monitor, and maintain utility systems within the factory, including electrical systems, compressed air systems, HVAC systems, and RO-EDI water treatment systems.
  • •Inspect and ensure utility machinery and equipment are continuously operating and available for production support.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance activities.
  • •Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
  • •Monitor energy consumption and system performance, and prepare daily/monthly operational reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with preventive maintenance of industrial utility systems including electrical, HVAC, and water treatment is essential.
  • •Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to minimize production downtime.
  • •Strong supervision and coordination skills to manage contractors during maintenance or system improvements.
  • •Commitment to safety, environmental regulations, and internal standards in manufacturing settings.
