Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out general labor responsibilities under general supervision, promptly and efficiently.
•Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with company policy and government regulations.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and operate automated scale/dump systems.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment; control and monitor load out functions.
•Maintain quality of inventory, perform housekeeping/record keeping, and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and grounds maintenance.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile equipment.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
•Ability to obtain a CDL and Hazmat endorsement (preferred) and familiarity with agricultural commodities (preferred).
