Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale the Data Foundation Global Solution Engineering organization across INTL regions, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • •Position the full Data Foundation portfolio—covering integration, data management, governance, and agentic capabilities—as the foundation for customers’ AI and transformation priorities.
  • •Drive continuous innovation in solution selling strategies to deliver differentiated, industry-specific value propositions.
  • •Build and sustain trusted C-level relationships, guiding complex digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • •Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Innovation, Customer Success, Marketing, Strategy) to co-develop go-to-market strategies and align with product roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive pre-sales leadership or consulting experience in enterprise software with strong sales orientation and commercial acumen.
  • •Proven ability to build and grow C-level relationships, selling and shaping value-based solutions with CIOs and senior IT stakeholders.
  • •Strong technical acumen translating complex concepts into simple terms across technical and non-technical audiences, including integration, API management, and data governance/data management platforms.
  • •Experience leading complex enterprise transformations, including multi-phase roadmaps and driving innovation at scale.
  • •Demonstrated success scaling global pre-sales or consulting organizations with operational excellence and a growth mindset.
