Branch Manager II

Manage the efficient daily operations of a bank branch, driving sales and service culture while overseeing sales, consumer/small-business lending, client service, security, and safety. Develop deposit and loan business, coach and supervise branch personnel, and help grow new and existing relationships through referrals, outbound prospecting, and merchant services. Ensure staff follows policies, procedures, security requirements, and banking regulations while achieving branch and bank sales goals.
