Key Responsibilities

•Develop a group of Strategists by conducting bi-weekly 1:1s, giving actionable feedback, and coaching for growth and performance.
•Hold and elevate the quality bar for the team, identifying where to intervene and where to empower; perform selective QA to maintain standards.
•Manage your own client book with deep strategic delivery and client knowledge while maintaining leadership expectations on output quality.
•Help build the team by screening candidates, providing hiring input, and onboarding new Strategists into the group.
•Make the function repeatable by documenting workflows, contributing to SOPs, and leading process improvements with the Director.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually
