Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move product throughout the Greenfield facility and support safe, high-quality food production. Maintain a safe, efficient production line by following instructions and meeting certification requirements during the qualification period. Work the Friday–Sunday 7:00 PM–6:30 AM shift, with potential overtime based on production demands, while upholding safety, quality, and teamwork standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Move product throughout the facility using forklifts, jack lifts, high lifts, and powered industrial trucks.
•Support a safe and efficient production line while helping maintain workplace safety and quality standards.
•Perform essential production tasks and support coworkers to meet safety, quality, and teamwork expectations.
•Work scheduled shift (Friday–Sunday 7:00 PM–6:30 AM) and be available for overtime when production demands require.
•Maintain hand-eye coordination and follow equipment-operation certification requirements during the qualification period.

Key Requirements

•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Follow oral and written instructions and perform repetitive production tasks with attention to detail.
•Stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift and be able to work in cold (20–40°F) and/or warm (over 100°F) environments.
•Work around animal blood/carcass parts, wet/humid conditions, sanitation/cleaning chemicals, and strong odors while using required PPE.
•Meet qualification requirements and obtain specific certifications to operate equipment such as forklifts and powered industrial trucks.
