Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop lawyers supporting investment, trading, and operations teams across the full investment lifecycle.
•Advise private markets fund leadership on structuring, formation, launch, and maintenance of real estate and alternative investment funds.
•Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of private funds documentation, including memoranda, partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and related materials.
•Manage external legal counsel, tax advisers, and regulatory consultants efficiently and commercially.
•Advise on legal/regulatory issues across investment activities, including research, portfolio management, trading, market access, collateral management, corporate actions, and transaction reporting.
