Key Responsibilities

•Provide L2/L3 support for SAP TM in an AMS environment, including incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
•Analyze and resolve TM-related issues in order planning, freight order management, execution, and settlement.
•Handle integration issues across SAP TM, SAP EWM, and SAP ECC.
•Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces (IDoc, RFC, qRFC, PI/PO) and perform root cause analysis for timely SLA resolution.
•Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain functional documentation/SOPs.
