Key Responsibilities

  • •Spearhead a multi-year product vision and roadmap across Atlas Clusters to deliver a coherent product experience.
  • •Originate and de-risk the division’s most consequential strategic bets with rigorous business cases and executive guidance on multi-year outcomes.
  • •Engage strategically significant customers at senior levels (advisory boards and executive briefings) to surface cross-portfolio opportunities.
  • •Partner with Directors and VPs to shape investment allocation and sequencing across the Atlas Clusters portfolio.
  • •Elevate product management practices by mentoring Staff and Senior PMs and creating data-driven research frameworks and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience with significant product management leadership in platform, infrastructure, or database domains.
  • •Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to executive and varied audiences.
  • •Proven success delivering complex cross-functional initiatives and writing, defending, and executing multi-year business cases.
  • •B.Sc. in a technical discipline (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Deep technical fluency in databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
