  • •Own sustainment program leadership for customer satisfaction, quality, and fleet sparing posture.
  • •Manage depot operations inputs for monthly TAKT planning and communicate repair/material status with operations and supply chain.
  • •Lead logistics activities including spares modeling, scrap/rebeyond-economic-repair decisions, obsolescence lifetime buy inputs, and affordability.
  • •Oversee item control/transportation and centralized logistic-center inventory hub, including inventory oversight at multiple government sites and quarterly metrics reviews.
  • •Own tech pub evaluation/update requests, attend board meetings for change review, release changes on the release cycle, and coordinate technical support to resolve customer issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years experience.
  • •Prior experience managing in a matrix environment within a Product Support sub-mission team.
  • •Prior experience executing contracts and commitments, including developing and using basis of estimate (BOE).
  • •Prior experience identifying program technical risks and opportunities with mitigation/handling plans.
  • •EVMS Level II certification (or ability to obtain within the first year), plus experience tracking deliverables, schedule, and financial data monitoring/reporting.
