Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to live customer projects, revenue growth, and business development from day one.
  • •Gain end-to-end sales exposure, from market analysis through account management and deal execution.
  • •Support Key Account Director in managing strategic clients, including account strategy, planning, and reporting.
  • •Manage customer relationships across factories and HQ and identify commercial opportunities with defined actions.
  • •Work cross-functionally (plants, supply chain, procurement, innovation) and collaborate with R&D and technical customer service during customer visits for training.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, International Business, Sales Management, or related fields.
  • •Up to 5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or commercial roles (including internships).
  • •Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales and commercial leadership.
  • •Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ownership and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • •Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; fluency in English required, with an additional European language as an advantage.
