HR Business Partner & People Operations

Partner with senior leaders to drive org design, team dynamics, and employee relations across the corporate organization. Own end-to-end employee experience—from onboarding through offboarding—while supporting performance and career development cycles. Lead people programs including engagement surveys, learning & development, recognition, DEI, and change management. Maintain HR operations, ensure compliance across U.S. states, and lead payroll for the corporate team.
