Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor PCF/middleware services performance, capacity, and availability to minimize downtime.
  • •Analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • •Define and enforce SRE standards including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident response, and postmortems.
  • •Participate in incidents, problems, and change management activities using ServiceNow; lead root-cause analysis to reduce MTTR/MTTA/MTTD.
  • •Set up and manage high-availability environments and application hosting across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), integrating load balancers, web servers, and Kubernetes/EKS and Docker.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on knowledge of PCF and middleware monitoring, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
  • •Experience defining and enforcing SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident response with postmortems.
  • •Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and PowerShell for operational automation and support.
  • •Strong understanding of Kubernetes (Kubernetes/EKS) and Docker, including deployment/operations support.
  • •Experience configuring monitoring/alerting tools like New Relic and Splunk, and participating in ServiceNow-based change/problem management.
