Job Summary

Serve as a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant for Workday’s Human Capital Management suite in the enterprise segment. Partner with Account Executives to run discovery, deliver technical presentations/demos/workshops, and support qualification and sales-cycle closure. Help respond to RFIs/RFPs and build trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to demonstrate how Workday HCM applications address business needs and create value.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
•Assist in sales opportunity closure by resolving questions about the solution, services, and training.
•Contribute to prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof-of-concept system builds, and sales-cycle closure plans.
•Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
•Assist in responses to RFIs/RFPs and build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Salary: EUR 58,600 - 87,800 annually

•Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with strong presentation skills.
