Job Summary

Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities by developing, optimizing, and implementing digital tools and automations. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business processes and identify where improvements are possible.
•Develop, optimize, and implement digital tools and automations to make colleagues’ work more efficient.
•Administer applications and internal systems (including Power BI, Tekla, AutoCAD, Excel tools, Bluebeam) and connect systems/datasets to accelerate workflows and improve data quality.
•Integrate AI functionality into existing tools for predictive analytics, automated reports, and intelligent error detection.
•Support colleagues with questions and training, document systems and work instructions, and help shape IT strategy, standards, and working practices.
