Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and balance customer and banking center deposits from armored carriers and verify accompanying manifests.
  • •Track deposits in internal systems and assign to processors to maintain control and accountability.
  • •Verify and balance coin and currency sums using internal systems, ensuring 100% accuracy; complete daily proof and statements of condition.
  • •Research and resolve out-of-balance transactions using ACE and receipt/document systems.
  • •Perform vault/capture operations including image capture, advice notice creation/distribution, hardware maintenance, and support Fed-related procedures while complying with controls and confidentiality requirements.
