General Manager: Enterprise Applications (Mediclinic Southern Africa Cor, Stellenbosch, ZA, Du Toit St)

Own and lead the Business Systems portfolio strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Mediclinic’s non-clinical enterprise applications. Govern enterprise architecture standards, ensure secure and scalable system integration, and oversee SDLC, lifecycle performance, and value realization across platforms including SAP, HR, and CRM. Lead people capability development, manage risk and compliance (including cybersecurity), and partner with stakeholders, vendors, and budget owners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
