Own the organization and distribution of vehicles within an assigned auction zone, making staging decisions and coordinating crew pickup timing. Maintain vehicle placement standards, label cars for crew leader movements, and safely manage move areas in compliance with safety and driving rules. Use supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to plan daily moves, drive continuous improvement for safety and efficient vehicle movement, and ensure staged vehicles reach proper work destinations efficiently.
