Lead the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the AgentExchange Partner Platform, shaping the publisher console and end-to-end partner experience from onboarding to release management. •Define and drive the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Platform.
•Own the Publisher Console and end-to-end partner experience from onboarding through release management.
•Set strategy for security review, compliance, and certification in partnership with Security Engineering.
•Shape monetization and commerce platform capabilities, including licensing, subscriptions, billing, and marketplace models.
•Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers and communicate priorities to executive leadership and partner stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems.
•Experience building products for developers, partners, or enterprise administrators.
•Strong understanding of platform business models, ecosystem strategy, and marketplace operations.
•Experience with APIs, platform extensibility, identity, security, or governance.
•Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Security, Operations, Finance, and GTM, including leading/developing Product Management teams.
