Job Summary

Lead the sales floor and help drive personal and team sales goals by applying Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. You’ll support store operations across customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom activities, while serving as a brand ambassador. Manage day-to-day team tasks in your assigned area, help maintain store business readiness, and take on key holder opening/closing and cash handling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
•Manage day-to-day team activities in your assigned area by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring follow-up while maintaining service standards.
•Actively assist store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Serve as a brand ambassador and support key holder responsibilities including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store recovery standards.

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older.
•2-3 years of retail experience, with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
•Flexibility in schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to perform physical demands such as lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance and being on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
