Job Summary

Manage planning and execution of offshore and onshore construction work for civil works, onshore fabrication, transportation/installation, mechanical completion, and brownfield modifications. Lead construction teams and direct construction leaders across island and onshore precast activities, ensuring execution aligns with client procedures, safety expectations, and stakeholder objectives. Oversee contractors’ planning and compliance, coordinate interfaces with production and drilling, and report progress, risks, and performance to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Construction team to support project objectives and strategies.
•Champion construction safety (including development of an Integrated Safety Plan and SIMOPS) and ensure contractor/subcontractor compliance.
•Manage on-island construction teams and contractor construction planning and execution to ensure construction execution certainty and compliance with project requirements.
•Establish the construction organization, coordinate resourcing, and provide construction and execution strategy support through oversight and assistance.
•Manage key interfaces (including ADNOC Offshore OPCO) to execute brownfield works with minimal disruption, and report progress/performance/issues to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree is essential.
•Minimum 20 years of experience on large oil and gas projects, including offshore.
