Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and operational oversight for the IAM/IGA program, continuously improving IGA capabilities enterprise-wide.
  • •Lead and manage globally distributed teams supporting IGA and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, SaaS, and public/private cloud environments).
  • •Define, execute, and scale RBAC and IAM governance with a focus on securing non-human identities, service accounts, keys, secrets, certificates, and AI agents.
  • •Own IAM platform operational health, scalability, reliability, and access delivery performance and availability.
  • •Recruit, develop, and retain IAM talent while establishing and enforcing IAM processes, tools, operating models, and least-privilege methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive technical background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including architecting and overseeing large-scale RBAC frameworks.
  • •Expertise in identity protocols for machine and Non-Human Identities (NHI), including SPIFFE/SPIRE, mTLS, and secrets management.
  • •Solid understanding of risk management and information security strategy, controls, and best practices.
