Job Summary

Support real digital consulting and design engagements for cities, smart buildings, and infrastructure across the UAE and wider Middle East. Key Responsibilities

  • •Support digital consulting engagements, including research, benchmarking, requirements gathering, and preparation of client-facing presentations and reports.
  • •Translate user, business, and technical needs into clear digital concepts for digital transformation, smart city, and smart building projects.
  • •Support end-to-end design of user-centred digital products and services from discovery and ideation through prototyping and refinement.
  • •Create customer journeys, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
  • •Collaborate with consultants, product managers, software developers, data specialists, engineers, and designers to align product concepts with delivery requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in product/digital design, UX/UI design, interaction design, digital innovation, design engineering, human-computer interaction, multimedia design, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrate a thoughtful design process with relevant work in digital products, UX/UI, product design, digital experiences, or multidisciplinary innovation via a portfolio.
  • •Working knowledge of CAD/3D modeling tools.
  • •Working knowledge of Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools).
  • •Understand human-centred design and design thinking, including user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles.
