Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive growth and expansion of the data engineering and analytics practice across North America to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • •Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and solution offerings for selling Data and AI services with sales and client partner teams.
  • •Build and manage large delivery and technology teams, ensuring performance and resilience across global locations.
  • •Establish executive-level client relationships, shape large deal strategies, and deliver strategic value.
  • •Direct delivery execution and lead technology and consulting teams, including hands-on guidance and leadership across programs and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 18 years of IT experience with significant expertise in data engineering, analytics, and practice leadership across global teams.
  • •Advanced proficiency in data engineering and analytics platforms, with deep understanding of Data Science and AI technologies.
  • •Cloud expertise with Azure, AWS, or GCP plus hands-on reporting and data management tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx, or Domo).
  • •Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, WordPress, and A/B testing platforms.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (or related), plus SAFe certification (e.g., Leading SAFe) or equivalent agile credentials.
