Job Summary

Join Boomi as a Product Support Engineer to assist customers with Boomi AtomSphere implementations, advanced process development, and API management. You’ll troubleshoot integrations across REST/SOAP/WSDL, work with Java/Groovy/JavaScript/React in a Kubernetes/cloud environment, and diagnose complex issues using ETL/ELT, Salesforce/NetSuite, and Hadoop within a global services team.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by analyzing AI-assisted support cases to accelerate troubleshooting and identify root causes
•Troubleshoot connections and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, SFTP) using tools like Wireshark and Charles Proxy to pinpoint where a connection breaks
•Analyze error logs across Java and multiple operating systems to preempt roadblocks and drive resolutions
•Explain complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical customers to enable self-sufficiency and confidence
•Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Boomi AtomSphere integrations and stay current with AI-ready data activation technologies

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Boomi AtomSphere experience, moving beyond basics to advanced process development, API management, and complex deployments
•2-4 years of total experience in IT Consulting or Software Development
•Experience with web languages—REST, SOAP, WSDL; proficient with Postman and OAuth 2.0
•Proficiency in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, and React
•Experience with modern tech stack including Kubernetes (Rancher Desktop), Windows and Linux OS, and ELT/ETL; familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Hadoop
