Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate internal design and development of avionics equipment with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • •Perform functional validation and qualification of avionics equipment.
  • •Own the equipment and its documentation (ICDs and unit-level requirements) across development phases.
  • •Define and manage box-level FDIR and FMEA and flow down requirements to unit level.
  • •Coordinate and run test campaigns (EM/QM/FM) and analyze test data to define improvement roadmaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 72,500 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience in avionics equipment design for aerospace applications.
  • •Understanding of space-relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ECSS, MIL-STD, NASA-HBK).
  • •Knowledge of safety-critical design principles and RAMS concepts (e.g., FMECA, FDIR).
  • •Familiarity with environmental and reliability considerations and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
