Job Summary

Coordinate and support production operations at the Rincon, GA facility by developing training materials, facilitating new-hire training across production, lab, process areas and control room, ensuring SOP compliance, mentoring staff, and contributing to safety programs such as LOTO and TBRA to support a strong safety culture and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain training materials for new hire production employees and facilitate training in production, laboratory, process areas, and control room; train employees on established SOPs to ensure procedures are followed as intended.
•Proactively identify and address deficiencies and coach/mentor other operations staff; facilitate operator qualification through training and formal qualification testing.
•Develop, maintain, and update energy isolation (LOTO) procedures for major production equipment and TBRA for routine and non-routine tasks.
•Participate in the facility Process Safety Management (PSM) program including Change Management (MOC), PHA, and incident investigations as requested.
•Perform production-related activities (operator functions, supervisor relief) in alignment with production schedule and EH&S, quality and efficiency targets; provide PTO coverage as needed and report challenges to management.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•5+ years’ experience in chemical manufacturing/distillation.
•2+ years of training/mentoring experience.
•Strong organizational, computer, and analytical skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
