Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with the company HACCP plan by monitoring HACCP CCPs at the specified frequency.
  • •Communicate with Production and QA team members regarding any deviations from critical limits for monitored CCPs.
  • •Assist Production with day-to-day problems and develop workable solutions.
  • •Maintain and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company policies and guidelines.
  • •Perform other duties assigned by their supervisor.
