Job Summary

Provide white-glove, dedicated on-site and remote IT/AV support for C-level executives and VIP users. Based in the New York City office, you will troubleshoot executive workstations, web conferencing, network connectivity, and AV setups for meetings, presentations, and events. Manage device performance, support secure communications and file access, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve complex issues quickly and privately, including frequent domestic/international travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary IT support providing personalized white-glove hands-on service for executive leaders in New York City, plus on-site support for major events and leadership meetings.
•Travel to domestic and international locations to set up and troubleshoot executive workstations, web conferencing systems, and network connectivity.
•Support executives with calendar integrations, email configurations, and secure file access across devices.
•Ensure data security and privacy compliance during travel and remote sessions.
•Maintain and update documentation for executive systems, preferences, and support history, and provide on-site support during high-profile meetings and events.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience providing white glove executive-level IT support in an enterprise environment.
•Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and enterprise tools, including Microsoft 365, Zoom/Teams, and VPNs.
•Experience with AV equipment for executive board/conference room setups and video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms and Clients).
•Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security.
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+/Network+, MCP, or AVIXA CTS as a plus.
