Electrical Department Manager

Lead and grow the Electrical Engineering team in the Kitchener/London region, combining people leadership with senior technical oversight and client engagement. Manage delivery capability, mentor electrical engineers and designers, and provide design guidance and engineering judgment across buildings and infrastructure markets. Oversee medium-/low-voltage power distribution, lighting, life safety, communications, and controls, support proposals and pursuits, and drive sustainable, energy-efficient design outcomes.
