Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering team by mentoring electrical engineers, designers, and technical staff.
  • •Set direction for staffing, workload planning, technical capability, quality, and succession readiness.
  • •Provide senior technical leadership on selected projects, including design guidance, engineering judgment, and quality reviews.
  • •Oversee electrical design delivery across buildings and infrastructure markets, including medium-/low-voltage power distribution, lighting, life safety, communications, and controls.
  • •Build trusted client relationships, support proposals and pursuits, and help grow the regional electrical practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus eight (8) years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario.
  • •Demonstrated electrical design and delivery experience in consulting, infrastructure, design, or multidisciplinary environments.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills, including proven ability to mentor technical staff.
  • •Holding or the ability to obtain minimum Reliability Level security clearance.
