Key Responsibilities

  • •Sit with client coding and clinical teams to map OP and IP medical coding workflows and document them for Opus automation.
  • •Serve as the medical coding SME on client calls and workshops, answering coding questions for the delivery team.
  • •Review and validate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and other coding assignments for accuracy and UAE healthcare/payer compliance.
  • •Partner with internal teams to test and validate Opus coding features, flagging discrepancies and answering coding-logic queries.
  • •Support UAT and go-live for client rollouts by verifying coding outputs meet quality and productivity targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently reside in the UAE with 3–5 years of recent, hands-on UAE-based Medical Coding experience (required).
  • •Hands-on experience in both Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) coding.
  • •Strong client-facing communication skills to run structured conversations and resolve coding queries.
  • •Solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS, with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • •Strong understanding of UAE healthcare coding practices, regulations, and payer requirements.
